To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
The Twin Pack Monthly Subscription is £13.98 a month for any two pet grass kits, with free UK delivery. You choose your two grasses when you order, and your card is charged each month automatically on your renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account, or email info@sparkyandmates.com and we’ll sort it for you. Subscription orders are dispatched on the same schedule as regular orders.
Our kits use premium seeds specially selected for sprouting. They’re chemical-free and 100% natural, and safe for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, tortoises, chickens and birds.
How to grow:
- Spread 50ml of water evenly over the seeds, without letting it pool.
- Keep the kit indoors in bright, indirect light, away from direct sun and heat.
- Check it daily, and skip watering if the surface is still damp.
- It’s ready in 7 to 10 days.
If your grass isn’t growing as expected, email info@sparkyandmates.com with a photo and we’ll help.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at the weekend go out on the next working day.
- Standard delivery: 3 to 4 business days
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days
We deliver within the UK only. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and then you have a further 14 days to send it back.
To be refunded, a kit must come back with:
- the lid seal sticker unbroken (each kit has a plant passport label inside, so a broken seal creates a contamination risk), and
- the kraft paper cup clean, dry and undamaged, so it can be resold.
Please email info@sparkyandmates.com before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We’ll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
If a kit arrives faulty or damaged, email us with photos and your order number and we’ll put it right.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
